Account & Project Lead

About the Role

You are the primary bridge between our elite partners and our internal team. You don't just "talk" to clients or pass along messages; you own the relationship and ensure the results match our high standards. You are responsible for protecting the brand’s reputation through professional PR and managing influencer partnerships to ensure they are high-quality and effective. Your job is to lead the project to success, not just monitor it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for our partners, ensuring they are always informed and confident in our progress.
  • Manage high-level project milestones and ensure every deadline is met with zero excuses.
  • Lead all PR outreach and carefully vet influencer relationships to protect and elevate the brand’s image.
  • Audit all team deliverables before they reach the partner to ensure they meet the Najahak standard of excellence.
  • Identify and solve project roadblocks independently before they become issues for the client.
  • Maintain professional, clear, and disciplined communication across all channels.
  • Track partner satisfaction and ensure the system we are building is delivering the growth we promised.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project leadership, or professional PR.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and a very professional, calm presence.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with discipline.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing and the mechanics of business growth.
  • Able to follow strict internal reporting processes and communication protocols.
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment where quality is the only priority.
