About the Role

This is the operational heart of our content engine. You are not here to "create" or "be artistic"; you are here to manage the flow of every asset we produce. You are the guardian of our partners brands' digital presence, ensuring that every post, comment, and message is handled with discipline and precision. Your job is to make sure our systems for content delivery and community interaction run like a high-performance machine, 365 days a year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, tag, and distribute all creative assets across various digital channels.
  • Manage and moderate all community interactions, ensuring every comment and message receives a professional response.
  • Protect and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social ecosystems and platforms.
  • Manage the master content calendar with 0% tolerance for missed deadlines or scheduling errors.
  • Monitor all active channels to ensure content is displaying correctly and links are functioning.
  • Report on community sentiment and engagement trends using clear, data-driven notes.
  • Follow strict internal protocols for content approval and distribution without deviation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in content operations, digital asset management, or community moderation.
  • Obsessive attention to detail, you find the typos and errors that everyone else misses.
  • High level of discipline in following calendars and organizational systems.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with the ability to write professionally in both.
  • Comfortable using modern digital tools for project management and content scheduling.
  • Emotionally neutral when handling community feedback or difficult interactions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are equally important.
