About the Role

You create visual authority. Your job is not to make "art" for yourself, but to translate complex business strategies into high-end visuals that make our partners look like the leaders they are. You are responsible for ensuring every asset from a social media ad to a website interface reflects a standard of excellence and professional discipline. If you care more about your personal style than the brand’s performance, this is not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting visual assets for paid advertising and social media campaigns.
  • Maintain strict brand guidelines across multiple different partner projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists to turn campaign concepts into finished designs.
  • Deliver final assets in all required formats with 100% accuracy and zero delays.
  • Update and refine existing brand identities to ensure they remain modern and high-status.
  • Prepare pixel-perfect design files for developers to ensure a smooth transition from design to code.
  • Manage and organize all internal design files and assets according to our naming protocols.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, specifically for digital marketing and brands.
  • A strong portfolio showing clean, professional, and result-oriented design work.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • The ability to take direct feedback and iterate on designs quickly without ego.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent time management skills, you can handle tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • A deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for digital screens.
