About the Role

You don’t just "make websites"; you build high-conversion revenue engines. Your role is to engineer shopping experiences that function perfectly under high traffic and deliver a seamless journey from landing to checkout. You are responsible for the technical stability and performance of our partners' stores, ensuring that every line of code serves the ultimate goal: business growth. If you prefer "templates" over technical precision, this is not the place for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain high-performance ecommerce stores using modern platforms and frameworks.
  • Optimize checkout flows and page structures to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
  • Integrate tracking pixels, third-party apps, and APIs with 100% technical accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical bugs or site errors immediately to prevent revenue loss.
  • Ensure all stores are lightning-fast and fully optimized for mobile performance.
  • Follow our internal engineering standards to maintain clean, documented, and scalable code.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Ops teams to ensure the final product matches the strategic vision.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience building and scaling professional ecommerce stores (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.).
  • A deep understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices.
  • Proven ability to integrate complex third-party tools and custom plugins and API solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on stability and long-term performance.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to the team.
  • Obsessive about detail, you test every button and link before a store goes live.
  • Comfortable working in a disciplined environment where technical excellence is the standard.
