AI Automation Specialist

Job Type

Your role is to design and build AI-driven automations and workflows that improve internal operations and client systems.
You are responsible for turning repetitive tasks and processes into reliable, automated flows using AI tools, APIs, and integrations.
This is not an experimental role. You are expected to deliver practical, working systems that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automations for internal use and client projects
Build AI agents that handle tasks such as lead handling, support flows, content generation, or internal processes
Integrate tools, APIs, and platforms to create end-to-end automated systems
Identify repetitive processes and convert them into structured automation workflows
Test, monitor, and improve automations to ensure reliability and accuracy
Document workflows clearly for internal use and scalability
Collaborate with operations, development, and business teams to align automations with real needs

2+ years of experience in automation, systems building, or technical roles
Strong understanding of AI tools (LLMs), prompt structuring, and workflow design
Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, or similar)
Ability to work with APIs and connect multiple systems
Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
Strong problem-solving and system-thinking mindset
Fluent in English and Arabic

This role can evolve into AI Systems Lead or Head of Automation based on performance and system ownership.
