Business Development Executive

About the Role

  • This is not a traditional sales role.
  • Your primary responsibility is to identify and qualify the right clients, and ensure only high-quality opportunities enter our pipeline.
  • You are expected to make clear decisions. Not every lead is a good fit, and part of your role is to disqualify early and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients aligned with Najahak.io services
  • Generate leads through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound follow-up
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to assess client needs, budget, and decision readiness
  • Qualify or disqualify leads based on internal criteria
  • Schedule meetings only for qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and notes in the CRM
  • Follow up with leads until clear qualification or disqualification
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

 Performance Metrics

  • Quality of qualified leads entering the pipeline
  • Conversion rate from qualified leads to closed deals
  • Accuracy of qualification decisions
  • Show-up rate for scheduled meetings
  • Revenue generated from qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, lead qualification, or business development
  • Comfortable speaking with founders and decision-makers
  • Able to follow structured processes and qualification frameworks
  • Clear communication and good judgment in decision-making
  • Fluent in English and Arabic

Growth Path

This role can evolve into a Business Development Manager position based on performance, consistency, and trust.
