About the Role

You are the strategic mind behind every piece of content we produce. You don't just "have ideas" or "be creative" for the sake of it; you develop concepts that trigger human action. Your job is to study psychology, market trends, and data to figure out exactly why people buy, then turn those insights into high-converting campaigns. You are the bridge between a business goal and a finished visual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-converting ad concepts and content hooks that grab attention in seconds.
  • Create detailed creative briefs for designers and video producers to ensure every asset has a clear purpose.
  • Analyze performance data from active campaigns to figure out what worked and how to improve.
  • Research target audiences and competitors to find unique angles that make our partners stand out.
  • Collaborate with Media Buyers to align creative assets with specific advertising and scaling goals.
  • Brainstorm and refine campaign ideas based on proven psychology rather than personal taste.
  • Ensure brand messaging remains consistent, powerful, and results-oriented across all executions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, high-performance copywriting, or marketing.
  • A deep fascination with consumer psychology and the mechanics of what makes people "click."
  • The ability to look at raw data and translate it into a winning creative direction.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to write sharp, persuasive hooks.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills to explain the "why" behind your creative choices to the team.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple briefs and project timelines.
