Full Stack Developer

Your role is to build and maintain reliable, scalable web applications using React and modern backend technologies.
You are responsible for delivering clean, functional, and stable systems that support business operations and client needs.
This is not a task-based coding role. You are expected to understand the full flow of the system, write maintainable code, and ensure everything works correctly in production

Develop and maintain web applications using React and modern backend frameworks
Build clean, reusable, and scalable frontend components
Design and integrate APIs and backend services
Ensure application stability, performance, and responsiveness
Identify and fix bugs or issues quickly to maintain system reliability
Work with databases and ensure proper data structure and integrity
Follow internal development standards for clean and documented code
Collaborate with design, operations, and business teams to deliver functional solutions

This role can evolve into Senior Developer or Technical Lead based on performance, ownership, and system contribution.
