About the Role

You are the guardian of our partners' budgets. Your job is to manage the fuel that powers their growth engines with extreme discipline. You don't "guess" with money; you use data to make calculated decisions that generate a clear and consistent return on investment. At Najahak, we don't gamble, we engineer results through systematic testing and constant optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage high-scale paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Monitor daily spending and performance to ensure we are meeting our partners' target goals.
  • Scale winning audiences and ads using a disciplined, proven methodology.
  • Report on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) with 100% honesty.
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure our ads are perfectly aligned with the target audience.
  • Optimize bidding strategies and campaign structures to lower costs and increase efficiency.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes to keep our systems running at peak performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing significant advertising budgets with a track record of success.
  • A data-obsessed mindset, you make decisions based on what the numbers say, not on "gut feelings."
  • The ability to remain emotionally neutral about campaign performance so you can make rational choices.
  • Deep technical knowledge of ad platform pixels, tracking, and attribution models.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Extremely disciplined in following internal reporting and campaign naming protocols.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where results are the primary focus.
