Operations Lead

Your role is to ensure that all projects and internal operations run in a structured, predictable, and controlled manner.
You are responsible for execution quality, timelines, and system discipline across the company.
This is not a passive coordination role. You are expected to take ownership, enforce processes, and ensure that work moves forward without delays or confusion.

Manage and oversee the full delivery pipeline from project kickoff to completion
Ensure all tasks, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly defined and followed
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve blockers
Enforce internal processes, workflows, and quality standards across teams
Coordinate between business, technical, and creative teams to maintain alignment
Maintain accurate tracking of all projects using internal tools (CRM, task managers)
Ensure smooth client onboarding and handover from business development
Identify inefficiencies and improve operational systems continuously

This role can evolve into Head of Operations or General Manager based on performance, leadership, and system ownership.
