About the Role

You are a visual storyteller. You turn raw footage and ideas into high energy, high status video content that converts. You are responsible for the pacing, rhythm, and emotional impact of our video ads. Your job is to make sure our partners look elite through every frame we produce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high quality video ads and social media content.
  • Manage sound design, color grading, and motion graphics to maintain a premium feel.
  • Stay organized with large amounts of raw footage and assets.
  • Deliver multiple versions of ads for testing and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists to ensure the story aligns with the campaign goals.
  • Maintain high production standards while meeting strict delivery deadlines.
  • Keep our internal video library organized and accessible.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in professional video editing and production.
  • High proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • A strong sense of pacing and the ability to tell a compelling story in a short time.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent time management skills and a disciplined approach to editing workflows.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates high end, results driven video work.
  • Comfortable working in a team where feedback is direct and standards are high.
